On this page, is a little background information about me as a realtor in the Sacramento area.

- I am also an accredited eco-green realtor, which means that I stay up to date with the latest in "green" home building & living.
- My Home Marketing Campaign is powerful, high tech & it works. The last home I sold in the Briggs Ranch neighborhood of Folsom sold in 8 days. We just closed Jan. 15th 2008. We got 2 offers in 8 days.
*Because my father was in the Air Force, my family & I moved a total of 15 times in the 17 years that I lived with them! That's a lot! Moving that much and having lived in many places in this great country of ours, I know what an extraordinarily wonderful place the Sacramento Valley and the foothills of the Sierras is to live.
My husband of 25 years & I have lived in the tranquil, well established neighborhood of Briggs Ranch in Folsom, California for over 12 years and I have lived in the Sacramento Valley for 31 years. We love living in Briggs Ranch, which is literally across the street from the Folsom Lake boat ramp at Folsom Point.
My husband is a Concrete Contractor & owns and operates J.P. Concrete. He did all of the concrete in Briggs Ranch & has been pouring concrete for over 20 years.
I write a newsletter for my neighborhood of Briggs Ranch to keep my friends & neighbors informed about the housing market & what is going on in Briggs Ranch, Folsom and Sacramento.
